SJ Home is located in the heart of Cagliari, yet far from the chaos of the city, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. It's just a few minutes' walk from some of the city's most important archaeological and cultural sites, such as the Roman Amphitheater and the Capuchin Garden, and a short walk from the Roman Villa of Tigellio and the Botanical Gardens. The pedestrian area of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, lined with pubs and restaurants, is just a three-minute walk away. The house features a spacious living area overlooking the picturesque Roman Villa of Tigellio and adjacent to the spacious eat-in kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms, elegantly furnished in a style that blends the old and the new without neglecting Sardinian tradition.
A door separates the sleeping area from the living area, where there's a double sofa bed that can accommodate two people if needed. The master bathroom, with a large shower, is located between the two double bedrooms and features a hairdryer and shampoo and shower gel dispensers, while the second bathroom in the living area has a toilet and sink. All rooms are equipped with hot/cold heat pumps, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and fiber optics. The house can accommodate a maximum of six people. Pets, even small ones, are not permitted, and SMOKING is strictly prohibited. The veranda is equipped with a washing machine and sink. Sheets and towels are included. SJ HOME also offers a varied selection of books on the history of the city and Sardinia, as well as countless other volumes that will brighten your stay and make you feel at home.
